Returns and Exchanges
At TATHYALABEL, we are ready to help if something doesn't seem right and value
your satisfaction.

Exchange Policy
We work very hard to craft each and every piece that is available on our store.
However, if you'd like to exchange an item, we've made the process simple and smooth.

Products are eligible for exchange only if:
• They are unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and not damaged.
• They retain all original tags along with the packaging.
• The exchange request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• You're looking to exchange for a different size or style (Return cost of Rs. 200 has to be paid by the Customer) 

The Exchange request will be denied for the following reasons:
• Customer didn't liked the product.
• SALE items are not eligible for exchange.
• Accessories are non-exchangeable.
• Minor colour or texture variation due to screen settings, handcrafted nature, and       camera processing.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products are eligible for return if:
• Buyer gets the wrong/defective product from the brand.
• They are unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and not damaged.
• They retain all original tags along with the packaging.
• Refunds are issues via Bank Transfer and may take upto 15 working days after     product inspection.
• Each product is eligible for return/exchange request only once.

Note: It is preferred that you create an unboxing video showing the sealed parcel
along with ghe AWB number as a proof to claim your return request so that we can
resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We do not accept returns for the following
reasons:
• In case of size issues (for size issues, refer our Exchange Policy)
• Customer didn't liked the product.
• SALE items are not eligible for exchange.
• Accessories are non-exchangeable.
• Minor colour or texture variation due to screen settings, handcrafted nature, and camera processing.

Note: If you receive the parcel in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged during the delivery, please do not accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call us at +916306490785 or email us at tathyalabel@gmail.com mentioning the Order ID.

We will ensure that a brand new replacement is delivered to you with no additional cost. Pleasemake sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

To Request a Return o r Exchange

You can either:
• Request a reverse pickup (subject to pin code availability, OR, Self-ship the item to the address below :- Address will be provided later

Once return parcel is received, your item will undergo quality inspection. If it meets
our criteria, we'll process you return/exchange accordingly.

Cancellation Policy
• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• Post the above timeline, cancellation request will not be accepted as the product will be already under processing.
