Exchange Policy

We work very hard to craft every piece in our store. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we've made the process simple.

Eligible for exchange ONLY if:
  • Items are unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping cost for exchange must be paid by the customer.
Exchange will be DENIED if:
  • Reason is "Customer didn't like the product".
  • Items were purchased on SALE.
  • Items are Accessories (non-exchangeable).
  • Minor color/texture variations due to handcrafted nature or screen settings.

Return Policy

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:

  • Wrong or defective product received from the brand.
  • Items are in original, unused condition with tags.
  • Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer (up to 15 working days after inspection).
  • Each product is eligible for return/exchange only once.
Important Note: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video (showing the sealed parcel and AWB number) as proof to claim your return. This helps us resolve issues quickly.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Post 24 hours, requests will not be accepted as processing begins.
Damaged Delivery?
If the package is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it. Return it to the delivery person and immediately contact us:
